The sessions will be body weight only (ZUU), one hour long and £5 per child. We’ll be teaching the kids the importance of injury prevention, low impact training and showing them drills they can do at home too. 

 

We help the kids to understand the benefits of leadership and teamwork all with no egos. It’s not about the fittest or fastest, it’s about helping kids overcome the social, physical and mental barriers they face in day to day life.
